In this activity I was learning about main idea pyramids.
I found this tricky because I never did a main idea pyramid before.
Some things I did well on this activity was setting up the main idea pyramid and getting some ideas to reach to the main idea.
One thing I could do better is go into more detail with my ideas.

Explicit and Implicit
In this activity I was learning to identify explicit and implicit messages in the story.
I found this work easy because I could easily see the messages and if they were explicit, obvious or implicit, not obvious.
One thing I did well on this activity was identifying explicit and implicit messages in the book.
One thing I could better is explain the messages with a bit more detail. overall I thought I did a good job.

Book Review - Alfie Bloom and the Talisman Thief
In this activity I was writing a book report about Alfie Bloom and the Talisman Thief.
I found this easy because I have written book reports before and I am good at it.

In this activity I was learning how to write an impromptu speech.
In this activity I had to: Have an introduction for my speech, have four reasons about my argument and have an end.
I found this activity really easy because I had already thought of my four reasons before I started writing it so I knew what to write.

If I Won Lotto
I was learning about impromptu speeches.
I found this activity challenging because I could add on so much, but I kept on adding on.
One thing I did well in this activity was using language features such as: similes and adjectives.
Overall I thought I done a pretty good job.

Bias, Prejudice and Stereotypes
In this activity I had to find the meanings of bias, prejudice and stereotypes. Then we had to find examples from the book we were reading, The boy in the Dress, and to do with a character called Dennis.
