Devaansh's Problem Solving

I am learning to draw a picture to help me solve a problem.

The problem that I had to solve was:

Larenzo has 3 times as many marbles than Janet does. Janet has 7 marbles. How many marbles does Larenzo have?

Miss Hughes came in to do some maths with us. We sorted out a problem about marbles. First I circled the operation that we were using. Then I drew three boxes and drew seven marbles in each box. I got the answer by skip counting in sevens. It was 21. It was an easy way to solve the problem.

I am learning to read aloud with a clear voice.
I read the story Saltspray Monster. There was some words that were a bit tricky but I tried to sound them out.

Profile collage

I really enjoyed making the profile collage because I found my favourite picture and it was a racing car. It tickled when Miss van Dort was drawing around my face.
